For an insurance magazine. This was a process in Photoshop where I took words and numbers placed on top of the image of a man. Through a series of filters this effect was achieved. Adobe Photoshop.
For CED magazine. The story is about network interconnectedness through both coaxial cable and phone lines. Created in Adobe Photoshop using the brush tool to give it the impression of having been painted.
Old news now, but back when being able to see images, movies and videos on multiple platforms was only an idea, I did this Illustration/opening spread in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator to show that voice, data, graphics and video could be viewed on various platforms.

This gentleman was the Man of the Year for CED magazine. We wanted to picture him as an admiral or captain of an aircraft carrier that projected CableLabs to the world through his leadership. Multiple images were put together to give the impression of him standing larger than life on the deck of the U.S.S. CableLabs. At least five images were used. Adobe Photoshop.

An image to mimic a TV game show where women had metal briefcases that contestants wagered on. The five people in the image were extracted from different photos, and then combined to appear as if being together at the same time in the same place. Color adjustments had to be made throughout so they all appeared to be in the same location and using the same lighting. The background also mimicked the game show set. Adobe Photoshop.
The idea here conveyed the idea of when multiple ways of viewing images, TV content, internet or gaming was expanding, but not with the bandwidth, which was like trying to plug multiple leaks in the dam at once. This is an illustration with a cartoonish look, but all the textures were added in from various photos. Adobe Photoshop.
